The next Chapter.

As I sit here at my desk, there are many thoughts entering my mind of what I could type to “promote myself”, to “sell myself” to you the reader.  That feeling doesn’t sit right with me. I feel like I shouldn’t have to sell myself, as if I am saying to the universe that I need to prove my worth. I also don’t like the idea because I don’t want it to seem like I am someone out to scam you to make a quick buck. That isn’t me.
If you have been following me, it is obvious that I have been through a lot in life. It has been a roller coaster ride. Everything making me into the strong person I am today. For year’s I struggled with self-love and self-confidence. It lead to being over-weight and to being anorexic. Recovery lead me to going to counselling for four years. At time’s I felt alone, unloved and unwanted. That is an experience I wouldn’t wish on anyone.
Over the last few years I have made it my business to learn how to put myself back together. Mind, body and soul because everything is connected. I love my current job which is a health store assistant. Customers coming in with serious ailments and you can provide them relief. People genuinely wanting to take care of their health. I can talk to those people all day long. I want more of that. Hearing others tell me how they are taking charge of their life, looking after themselves and feeling better than ever. I love to see the joy in their face as they tell me how much they are loving life and themselves. What wonderful, inspiring energy to be around. That is why from May 16th I am going back to meeting people for consultations on how to improve their overall health and happiness.
I will be providing life coaching and meal plans from June 12th I am currently looking into freelance personal training positions in the hopes I can go back training people and watch them grow into little beasts in the gym.
Having someone to talk to, someone who understands what you are going through is vital. Life coaching is an hour all about you. Where I listen with NO judgement and ask questions that lead to you figuring out exactly what it is you need to do to achieve your goal. Meal plans are not meant to be boring, unrealistic and leaving you hungry. We will work with foods you like (even junk food) and set a realistic, delicious, non-depriving plan to meet your goals. As for personal training, I hope I can move forward with this. It is something you get out what you put in. I can tell you what to go to achieve the shape you desire but you have to put the effort in. All this will be discussed in your consultation. What your goals are, what needs to be done to achieve them and what steps we will take moving forward.
